    With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, Katie brings a deep commitment to fostering meaningful connections and healing in relationships. Drawing on a rich background in medical social work, Katie understands the intricate ways life’s challenges can impact partnerships. Her approach is built on compassion, respect, and a genuine belief that every individual in the relationship deserves to feel heard, valued, and understood.

    Hailey Carroll MSW, LSW

    Welcome! I’m Hailey, a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and nearly a decade of experience. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide tailored support for individuals, couples, and families.

    I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express themselves and receive compassionate guidance. My specialties include improving relationship dynamics, managing challenging behaviors, enhancing time management, and supporting healthy boundary setting.
