Information you give us
When you complete a contact or appointment request form, call, text, or email us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment times, whether we may text you, and anything you include in your message. You can read our website without providing this information.
Please keep initial messages brief and do not include detailed personal or health information in a website form, regular email, or text message. These are not the best channels for sensitive information. If you choose to share such information, we will handle it according to applicable law and our Notice of Privacy Practices. We can arrange a more private way to discuss the details.

Text messages
If you agree to text contact, we may text you about your inquiry, scheduling, and appointments. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to stop receiving texts or HELP for assistance, or contact us at the number below. Please do not send detailed health information by text.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that deliver our messages may process your number and consent for that purpose.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website use, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the results of advertising, and the Meta Pixel to measure website activity and advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

We do not intentionally send the text of messages submitted through our forms to Google or Meta.

You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), adjust Google ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com/), and manage advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking cookies may not stop all forms of tracking. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Counseling involving a minor is arranged with a parent or legal guardian as appropriate under applicable law.
